This period restoration-renovation incorporates contemporary elements while preserving the comfort and warmth of a classic New England aesthetic. While a majority of the rooms feature original hardwood strip flooring, the kitchen boasts beautifully restored pine planks, making for a unique and lasting impression. A Carrara marble shower with frameless glass enclosure and custom, first-floor powder room offer modern amenities without detracting from the home’s old-world charm. A fully restored main stair greets visitors and ties together first and second-floor features. Overall, this project is another example of our team’s unique ability to identify and develop the intersect between modern and classic elements.
