Custom Home | 2005

 

This custom home is located in the hills of Sharon, CT and was built between 2004 and 2005. This project exemplifies our  range of expertise at Classic Renovation’s. Every phase of this home's construction, from initial design to finish work, was completed by our team. Focal points include exposed structural beams, which command a masculine gravity while allowing for vast and elegant atrial spaces; fixed thermal glass on the home's southwest elevation, allowing for substantial passive-solar heating; natural wood finishes; state-of-the-art radiant heated floors and hyrdo-air system; and custom stone and tile-work.
